Taking you back to a sunny August (yeah, we know, it was a while ago!) and almost 5 years to the day we shot Nic & Seb's wedding at the very same church and village hall as that very first wedding back in August 2010! It was a real joy to be able to do it again and at such a landmark year for us!
Their day was all about family. From dad pacing in the morning learning his speech to all the kids that were just no end of fun to shoot all day. Everyone was so overwhelmingly warm and welcoming and the vibes were so good from start to finish it was difficult for us to leave!
They got married at the lovely All Hallows Church in Bardsey and then headed off to East Keswick Village Hall just a stones throw away. After some drinks and hellos at the hall we jumped in the car for a two minute drive to the fields for some portraits of Nics and Seb. But after having passed an open farm gate twenty minutes earlier and eyeballing it as a fantastic spot for portraits, on our return it was firmly locked. Dang. No worries though, Nic just hitched up her dress and jumped right over the gate in her Manolos. A-MAZING and totally worth it!
Back at Reception HQ the cows came out to great us, so obviously we got them involved in some photo action. Oh and that school bell! Nic's brother had one job for the day and he did it with gusto every time! You won't miss him in the photos!
All in all, this was hands down one of our favourites, everything was just so fun and everyone, the weather was great and the whole thing just looks amazing in the photos. Enjoy!
