Lucinda and Sam's rustic Lincolnshire farm wedding near Boston was a huge, luxurious affair held at Lucinda's parents' working farm. Lucinda's dad had planted a wheat field especially for the day just for photos - that's dedication to making the day as perfect as possible! We kicked the day off with Lucinda and her bridesmaids getting ready at home whilst Sam had chosen the local pub as his morning refuge. Good plans! They married at St Mary and St Nicholas in Wrangle, Lucinda and her dad riding by vintage tractor closely followed by the bridesmaids (and James) in a second tractor. We hit a top speed of 7mph and only broke down once!
After exiting to a cloud of confetti and popping a bottle of champagne open it was back on the tractors for the short journey back to the farm. The enormous marquee blended in seamlessly to the garden like it had always been there! Adorned with bright, colour wall-to-wall flowers and tables named after famous tipples, there was even a gin bar for everything you could ever want at a wedding! Speeches kicked off with each table ceremoniously popping open a bottle of champagne before the tear-jerkers and cringe-making stories followed. We then just had to make use of that lush wheat field in the dwindling magenta sunset before hitting the dance floor hard!
