I've been shooting weddings for over 14 years and have been there for over 400 couples tying the knot. From enormous 3-day festival weddings to intimate elopement weddings with just two guests I've created memories for all types of weddings.

I'm based in Leeds and York and I love the diversity of Yorkshire weddings, from Leeds City Centre weddings to rural barn wedding venues in North Yorkshire. I also love to shoot micro-weddings at York Register Office.

I can't thank James enough for the beautiful photos he took of our small wedding in York last week. They are everything I was hoping for and so much more. James was great to work with and I especially love how he didn't just take pictures, he captured personalities and emotions and lots of little moments I wasn't even aware of on the day, even though he was only with us for 90 minutes. Our wedding was quite small so the thought of having a photographer there was petrifying. We met James on the day just before our ceremony at the register office and both I and my partner agree that hiring James for a few hours that day was the best decision we had made! James captured our ceremony and guided us through York city centre where we managed to take some beautiful photos. How can we describe our experience dealing with James? He made the whole situation so effortless and stress free, which is really what you want on your big day! Once he was here, James was charming, chatty, and just completely blended in with the rest of our family and friends which was so perfect and allowed him to capture some really special and candid moments. Picking a photographer for your wedding seems like such a daunting task but we couldn't be happier with choosing James. We wanted natural photos which captured real moments during our day and he managed to do that beautifully. James was a pleasure to have at our wedding and made everyone feel so comfortable, he just blended in as one of our guests. We were really impressed with the turnaround time for processing the photos - he sent us a few sneak peaks the next day and a mini montage the following week and we had the full album in under a month!
