The Old Deanery in Ripon is always one of our favourite wedding venues in North Yorkshire. It has the loveliest staff and it's always a joy to work there especially at the foot of the stunning Ripon Cathedral. We started off the morning of Holly & Sam's wedding in the hive of activity that was the bridal preps whilst Lianne captured all the trepidation over with the groomsmen. The big reveal of Holly in her wedding dress to her bridesmaids was one of the highlights of the year, their faces and reactions when she opened that door were one of the moments we live to capture; it's all about the fun and emotion of the day! After the ceremony we made use of the late autumn grounds of the Old Deanery for some portraits, making sure we took in the full grandeur of that lovely willow tree - we're suckers for a willow tree! Followed up by some cringe-worthy speeches which we won't go in to! We made sure to spend an extra 5 minutes to capture some portraits of Holly and Sam by the cathedral at sunset before some strong dancefloor moves which kept us busy for a good long while!
