Helen & Ricky's Crab and Lobster Wedding was a real treat for us as it's a venue that has always been on our bucket list and today's the day we finally get to do it! It's always appealed with it's quirky styling and wall to wall decorations of oddities and vintage artefacts. After an utterly chilled out morning - seriously, we don't think Helen could have been more relaxed! - these lovely humans got married in the conservatory. Helen dodged the rain drops as she made her way to the back of the aisle with Ricky waiting patiently at the end. They then giggled and smiled through the whole ceremony, just the way it should be 🙂 Sunshine and showers couldn't put a damper on the Pimms and Gin ice lollies on the lawn. We had to take advantage of the amazing tropical palms and ostentatious planting in the ground of Crab Manor for Helen & Ricky's portraits together. We love how off-piste the Crab & Lobster is as a wedding venue. It offers everything you need and expect with a unique twist to make it just that little bit out of the ordinary, with a dollop of humour and heaps of fun - perfect for a relaxed wedding! Ricky retold the story of how he and Helen met in the speeches before winding down into a low-key, intimate evening. Focusing on just relaxing and enjoying themselves, they made their first dance before relaxing into the evening, just the way they wanted it!
