Barn and farm wedding venues in Yorkshire are without a doubt my favourite kind of weddings. They suit the relaxed, chill wedding photography vibe that I love. Unfussy yet fun with a rusticity that makes them perfect for DIY styling. I was overjoyed when Beth & John asked me to be their Lodge Farm Weddings Photographer in Cundall on the outskirts of York.

The weather was perfect for a mid-May wedding. With loads of accommodation on site, it made things stress free being all on-site. The ceremony in the barn was stunning and Back Chat Brass brought the party atmosphere to the drinks reception. Following some heartfelt speeches, Beth & John stole away for some simply perfect golden hour portraits in the lanes and in the woodland walk.

A round of shots for everyone preceded the dance floor action to round out the evening. I had an absolutely amazing day photographing Beth & John's Lodge Farm wedding and can't wait to go back!
