Do you take 'traditional' photos?
I hate my photo being taken!
My style is documentary/candid. Which means I like to blend in and capture things as they happen rather than forcing you to do anything on the day. However, I still like to do a set of group family photos and portraits of the happy couple (your mum will always want them!)
You're not alone! I'm a friendly kinda guy and I'll put you at ease with a helpful dose of cheekiness to take away the awkwardness. I also include a pre-wedding photo shoot in the album package (an optional extra in the digital package for £200) a month or so before your wedding so you can get used to the lens and learn to relax.

Do you charge for travel?
How much do you charge?
The first 50 mile round trip is included in the price. Additional mileage is charged at 45p per mile. I cover all of Yorkshire as well as parts of Cumbria, the Lake District, Lancashire, Manchester, The Humber, parts of Nottinghamshire and North Lincolnshire. Travel abroad is charged individually.
The most popular 'Digital Package' is £1,800 and includes a full day's photography. To include an album and a pre-wedding photo shoot, the 'Album Package' at £2,450 is the one for you. For full details on what's included, please visit the prices page.
Can I have a second photographer?
Are there any hidden extras?
No, my packages include everything you need. You'll never be charged extra for un-watermarked photos. If additional travel is needed, I'll provide an estimate of the costs. And any extras after your wedding, e.g. albums, are always available with clear pricing.
Of course! For multiple angles and extra morning coverage, I have a pool of hand-selected professional photographers who I like to work with. You can add a second photographer at the booking stage for £300 for the day.

My aim is to photograph the whole story of the day. I don't like to leave before the end! I start right from the preparations and leave after the first dance after I've had a boogie+wave-a-camera-over-my-head session. There is no set time limit for the Digital or Album package, I'm yours for the day.
There's no set limit! After editing your images and getting the very best ones that tell your story looking perfect, you'll receive a gallery with a minimum of 400 photos, but often over 500. This might be more if you opt to include a second photographer.

Lots! If something breaks, I've got a spine-bendingly heavy bag full of stuff to jump right in it's place.
I have both public liability and public indemnity insurance should anything happen (not that I've ever needed it!)

Glad you asked! In the first instance, drop me an email using the contact form or give me a call on 07 906 333 905 to discuss your day. If I'm free, it's just a £500 initial payment and a signed contract to get you booked in.
I aim to get a preview of your photos to you within a few days to kick your honeymoon off. I take a lot of care with your photos but I know you're eager to see them. You will have your online gallery and digital download ready within 8 weeks, although it's typically less than 4 weeks. Albums can take around 2 months from design to delivery.
