Our second time at Inn at Whitewell for a wedding, this time with Sally & Mark (and the third star of the day, the AC Cobra!). Whilst Mark got ready at the Inn at Whitewell, Sally got ready at her childhood home, in her old bedroom. It didn't matter that it was small when it held such poignant memories! All ready, Mark made his way over the tops in the Cobra whilst Sally took a short walk to the church through the village. She even gave a mini walking-tour of her old childhood haunts whilst the villagers came out to wish her well on her way to get married!
As Sally and her bridesmaids (including Rachael of Rachael & Mark's wedding) made her way to the church, Mark waited patiently at the end of the aisle. We love that Sally and Mark don't take themselves too seriously and just wanted to have fun on their wedding day. So after bundling Sally and her dress into the passengers seat of the Cobra (and one false start!) Mark drove the two of them back to the Inn at Whitewell for some fun photos on the stepping stones, some seriously un-serious group photos followed by booze and nibbles.
Meal and speeches over with, all that was left was to enjoy the rest of the night. We made a few minutes just to relax away from the guests and get some more super-relaxed photos of our happy newlyweds before tackling the final formality of the day, cutting the cake. Obviously they weren't going to take that seriously either and it was met with fist pumps and giggles 🙂 It only got serious when it came to dance moves! Those were some serious dance moves!
