Autumn seems like a long, long time ago now but on the eve of Halloween in the lustrous grounds of East Riddlesden Hall we captured the wedding of Liz and Danny.

We're recommended wedding photographers at East Riddlesden Hall and we never rest on our laurels no matter how many weddings we are there for. Every time we like to do something new and different for every couple at every wedding. We don't like to give a 'cookie-cutter' approach to our photography, we like to work with the grounds which change with the seasons affording us new ideas and opportunities with every passing month. As the trees were in a full display of yellows, coppers, crimsons and maroons we were spoilt for choice at this gorgeous Autumn wedding.

Liz and Danny had their ceremony in the rustic barn under the wooden beams draped with fairy lights; we love the drama of the photos we capture in this stunning setting. And after the nerves of the ceremony had subsided Liz and Danny were a laugh-a-minute couple and infectiously fun to work with.

Liz's touching and funny poem to Danny during the speeches was a real highlight of the day, that and finishing off a short round of evening portraits under the festoon lighting around the grounds. We love the romance and intimacy of these photos and they're a real favourite from the year. And of course, the band carried the dance floor off into the night which always provides us with some excellent opportunities to catch everyone throwing some celebratory shapes!
