Nikki & Aidan's big day took us to Sutton-on-the-Forest, just north of York City Centre. They got married at All Hallows Church in Sutton before crossing the road to a gorgeous Papa Kata tipi in the grounds of Sutton Park - a stunning wedding venue in it's own right. Nikki wore a beautiful lace dress and arrived by Morris Minor, Aidan on the other hand opted to drive himself in a Ferrari. Both arriving in style, Nikki surprised Aidan with a choir which brought emotions all round. We always thoroughly enjoy shooting in PapaKata's, they being a real festival atmosphere to weddings and everyone feels relaxed reclining on the wool rugs by the open log fire. Nikki and Aidan brought some lovely details including light-up letters around the tipi which only emphasised the fun atmosphere. After pulled pork BBQ (and pizzas in the evening) we enjoyed a packed dancefloor into the night and didn't want to leave! Enjoy the photos.
