Ruth & Chris's wedding at Tanfield House near Ripon was amazing! Here's what happened... With Chris getting ready at The Bull Inn in West Tanfield and Ruth in Ripon, the day started off with the electric energy that this was going to be a good day. The sun was shining, everyone was laughing and the champagne was flowing. Ruth slipped into her Jenny Packham dress as the boys made their way to great guests at St Nicholas Church in West Tanfield.   A stunning vintage Bentley took Ruth to St Nicholas church where they got married under the shadow of Marmion tower, an English Heritage gatehouse which we made use of for some sun-drenched portraits after the ceremony. A confetti gauntlet let them into the grounds at Tanfield House (aka. Riverside Events) - a lovely luxury private home that is concluding it's first year of exclusive weddings. It's picturesque spot on the side of the river is truly idyllic and owners Allanah and Neil are absolutely fantastic to deal with. The afternoon of drinks on the lawn rolled into dinner and speeches as the sun set over the valley. More champagne made it's way onto the dancefloor for one of the most packed out dancefloors we've ever seen. These guys knew how to party and we were all too happy to stay and capture it all.
