What's better than a bride in a cardigan!? A bride in a yellow cardigan, obviously! We're suckers for a great colour palette here at J&L Headquarters and Kirsty & Paul's yellow, white and blue colour scheme was a bold, strong choice - we love it! Add to that they had their wedding ceremony at Old Lady and All Saints, Otley and celebrated the rest of the wedding at Hill Top Farm, Masham, the day was such an absolute winner in our books! Kirsty wore a lovely vintage dress from the 60s and had it tailored to fit. Paul wore a lovely blue suit with complementary waistcoat and the splashes of yellow and white in the buttonholes and bouquets brought everything together. The colour theme carried on to the barn at Hill Top Farm in (we're making a bold statement here) THE most uniquely decorated barn we've seen all year. They had a wall of antique mirrors above the top table, fire pits with marshmallows for toasting, oversized banners with lovely quirky quotes and a whole range of treats for guests including foosball: wedding edition! We didn't just spend our whole time drooling over their gorgeous reception venue and beautifully decorated barn; we joined in on the table top dancing to the Irish band, and we hit the dancefloor beautifully illuminated by their light up letters. We even found time to break away from all the styling eye candy to capture the eye candy that was Kirsty & Paul in some farmyard portraits. We had some strong wind to battle with but they still rocked it and looked gorgeous all day long.

now soooooooooo excited for our wedding at Hill Top Farm in May. In a random twist of fate, my sister also knows Rosie and Keith, who I spotted here on the dance floor and at the top table! Lovely wedding, I’m stealing lots of ideas!!!! x
Definitely a wedding with a difference and very original. We enjoyed going through the 600+ photos and wish you both a lifetime of love, joy and blessings.
