Lorraine and Jordan wanted the outdoors with 'weird and wonderful sculptures' for their engagement shoot at Yorkshire Sculpture Park, so there seemed like no better venue! Lorraine freely admits that she isn't good in front of the camera, and the engagement shoot was a great way of shaking out the nerves, loosening up the awkwardness and getting into the groove of being connected with one another whilst we made the magic happen in camera. After the usual 80% awkwardness that comes with engagement shoots, Jordan and Lorraine were naturals in front of the camera and in just an hour they'd learned to relax together and enjoy the photo shoot. We recommend engagement photos whenever a couple feels particularly nervous in front of the camera, and the difference is phenomenal when it comes to the wedding day and we can focus on making amazing portraits together right off the bat.
